I emailed support from because I usually sign up with that email for accounts called rocaset or I use attatch screenshots to help prove it's me signed in, one of this that shows I'm signed in and some of all my mods I'm hoping you guys have a log of where and when I sign in and how many sessions(?) are active. I haven't signed out of Vortex for a long time, this is still my computer and I don't share it with anyone. I'm hoping that sending this bug report will somehow be proof enough that it's my account. I don't know how I messed up but my passwords aren't working. I've sent 2 emails to support about my problems signing in but you guys have good security standards so i can't reset my password. As such we can't trust that the person with an api key is actually the account owner.Īs such I'm sorry to say we can not help restore an account based solely on the fact you are logged in with a client.
